Preparing For Your First Appointment in Dallas, TX with Our Chiropractors
We know it can feel intimidating to visit a new doctor, so we have gathered as much information as possible to help you feel excited about your first visit to our wellness center. You will find a map and directions on our website. So that you can feel comfortable visiting our building, we have put together a virtual tour of our office.
We have online forms. By completing them at home and bringing them with you, you will eliminate some of the wait time associated with a first visit. Of course, if you are unable to complete them at home you may do so in our comfortable waiting area.

Paying For Health and Wellness Care
Please note that APEX Wellness Center does require payment at the time that services are rendered. We do accept many insurance plans. If you are unsure whether Dallas chiropractic care is covered by your insurance, just let us know your provider and plan and we would be happy to call and find out.
If you are covered by insurance, then you are only responsible for your deductible, co-pays, and any treatments that are not covered.
We understand that not all patients have chiropractic coverage. If you are among them, we would be happy to put you on one of our payment plans, so you can continue to receive services.
