Preparing For Your First Appointment in Dallas, TX with Our Chiropractors

We know it can feel intimidating to visit a new doctor, so we have gathered as much information as possible to help you feel excited about your first visit to our wellness center. You will find a map and directions on our website. So that you can feel comfortable visiting our building, we have put together a virtual tour of our office.

We have online forms. By completing them at home and bringing them with you, you will eliminate some of the wait time associated with a first visit. Of course, if you are unable to complete them at home you may do so in our comfortable waiting area.

Finally, let us quickly remind you of the holistic treatments we offer here at APEX Wellness Center:

  • Family wellness chiropractic care
  • Pregnancy chiropractic
  • Neuromuscular re-education
  • Essential oils (aromatherapy)

Our holistic care will bring you out of a state of disease, and into a state of well being mentally as well as physically. Our Dallas chiropractor, Dr. Erin Stark Calaway, offers many patient specials. At any time, you are welcome to call our office to find out what specials we are currently featuring.

We have a unique symptom simulator on our website. This allows you roll over the area of your body where you are experiencing pain and inflammation, see associated causes, and learn how Dallas chiropractic adjustments can promote your overall wellbeing.

Paying For Health and Wellness Care

Please note that APEX Wellness Center does require payment at the time that services are rendered. We do accept many insurance plans. If you are unsure whether Dallas chiropractic care is covered by your insurance, just let us know your provider and plan and we would be happy to call and find out.

If you are covered by insurance, then you are only responsible for your deductible, co-pays, and any treatments that are not covered.

We understand that not all patients have chiropractic coverage. If you are among them, we would be happy to put you on one of our payment plans, so you can continue to receive services.

After reading this information, is there any way that we can help you prepare for your appointment? Our friendly staff are just a phone call away. To get answers you need, ask for detailed directions, or receive any other help, please call us today at 972-392-9402.
