The Focus is on You at Apex Wellness Center

At APEX Wellness Center in Dallas, we make you the focus. From allowing you to download and complete any required forms before you actually come to our office for your first visit to the thorough examination and pre-treatment conference that we conduct with every new patient, we focus on making you comfortable. When we first meet, our goal is to get to know you and to build a trusting relationship.

Our staff is aware that you may be apprehensive, especially if you are visiting a chiropractor for the first time. We will see you promptly; no long waits in the outer office. We will answer all your questions -- from the outset and at every step along the way. We will develop a personalized treatment plan, and enlist you as a willing and enthusiastic partner. We will concentrate on maximizing wellness -- We don't simply treat symptoms; we help you live so that the pain will never return. If that means lifestyle changes, such as nutrition and exercise guidance, we will help you.

The Best You Can Do

Scheduling that first appointment with APEX Wellness Center may be the best thing you can do in order to achieve lasting well-being. Our individualized examination, based on your personal history, will help determine the most beneficial treatment and a tentative timetable. We can recommend a series of manipulations in order to reduce inflammation or correct an underlying abnormality. An acute flare up of severe pain or problems brought on by traumatic injury or an accident may require intervention of a different nature. Before embarking on any treatment, however, our chiropractor will explain the process to you, assure your understanding, and get your approval. In rare cases, we may refer you to another professional, but only with your complete knowledge. We give you the tools to make informed decisions, and to manage your own health.

A unique aspect of our diagnostic repertoire is a Symptom Simulator to help you describe your pain. Knowing what your pain "looks like" help us develop proper treatment. We know that everyone experiences pain somewhat differently, and that it can often be difficult to describe it accurately.  By looking at the pain on our simulator, we gain a clearer understanding of what ails you. It helps our chiropractors know exactly how to attack the problem before we begin the battle.

Dr. Erin Stark Calaway founded this chiropractic practice on the four pillars of wellness: Alignment, Nutrition, Exercise and Healthy Thinking. Our chiropractors subscribe to that doctrine, and everything we do and recommend is with those ideals in mind. We treat our pediatric patients with the same respect, in an effort to set them on the path toward lasting health. We also specialize in the chiropractic care of expectant mothers at a vulnerable time in their lives. Why not contact us today? Discover how APEX Wellness Center can become an important ally and your best resource in chiropractic care for Dallas residents.
